== Opinion ==
A statement of OPINION is what someone believes or thinks.  There may or may not be a good reason to think this way.These words express how someone feels. An opinion is an interpretation, value judgment, or belief that cannot be proved or disproved. An opinion is created.

== Fact ==

A statement of FACT can be proved TRUE or FALSE. A fact is a specific detail that is true based on objective proof. 
Objective proof can be physical evidence, an eyewitness account, or the result of an accepted
scientific method.
