When studying history it is important to put the events on a timeline for you to see the BIG PICTURE of the United States from its founding to today.
There are several ways to accomplish this, but a visual journey is usually the most comprehensive (complete) way of comprehending (understanding) the journey.

  1. First you need a timeline of the most important or Turning Points in United States history. Download US History Turning Points Timeline
  2. Complete the US History Periodization Activity based on the US History Turning Points Timeline
