Procedure

• Students will start with a 'Do Now. This will connect vocabulary terms for today's webquest.
• A class discussion regarding the terms and connections to the 5w's of history will occur.
• Students will be distributed iPads for their Webquest on China in the 20th century.
• Students will either work in peer groups or independently.
• Students will complete their webquest online (paperless)
• A class discussion regarding China in the 20th century and Mao's leadership will occur. A comparison to China today will be discussed and debated.
• Students will take a quiz before leaving the classroom. (last 10 min)
